Supervision and Consultation

I provide both clinical supervision for individuals pursuing their licensure as well as professional consultation for practitioners interested in discussing the applications of body-centered modalities.

Clinical Supervision

As a clinical supervisor, I provide individual and small-group supervision for mental health professionals who are pursuing their LPC and/or BC-DMT licensure.  Some of the topics I frequently discuss with individuals who come to me for supervision include theory and applied knowledge; ethical and professional standards; working on building a more effective therapeutic alliance; self-care and preventing burn-out; and general personal and professional growth.

In my role as a consultant, I meet with other professionals who are needing to discuss a particularly challenging case and/or looking for new tools, body-centered techniques, and support around issues of countertransference and self-care.

“Rachael hosted a true, warm and open space for my process to unfold. I felt confident in her lack of judgment from the first moment, which allowed my full expression to come forth and for me to explore immediately. I am so grateful to Rachael for creating and holding this space for me and others.”
